CoEnterprise

A CoEnterprise is a completely new business model that fundamentally breaks away from the traditional company structure. It is not built on hierarchy with a boss, management and employees, and it doesn't have shareholders who own the business and its profits.

Instead, a CoEnterprise is a fully transparent peer-to-peer ecosystem made up of freelance contributors, facility owners, suppliers and of course, beneficiaries. Time and resource usage data is collected in an open ledger where every contribution and resource is logged. When a product or service is sold, the benefactor doesn’t pay a company. Instead, they pay every contributor, facility owner, and supplier directly through a third-party ‘split-payment’ service powered by the ledger.

From a simple shared community project to complex collaborative manufacturing, a CoEnterprise coordinates every step of the process, cutting out unnecessary middlemen and shareholders, putting fair pay directly into the hands of contributors and presenting a transparent cost to the benefactors.
